Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds on Digital Products
Digital products and downloads purchased from Mauibiblebookstore.com are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.

Returns on Physical Products
Physical products may only be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged. We do not offer returns or refunds for any other reason. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process
To initiate a return for a damaged physical product, you must first contact our support department at support@mauibiblebookstore.com to obtain a return authorization. Do not return any items without first getting approval and return instructions from our support team.

Once authorized, return the item to the address provided in new, unopened condition with all original packing materials and include the return authorization with your shipment.

Replacements
Upon receipt and verification of a valid return for damage, we will either replace the item with the same product or, if no longer available, with a product of your choice of equal or lesser value.
